How do I claim my 10% discount at the Farm Shop and Nursery?
Show your valid Season Ticket card at the checkout in the Longstock Park Farm Shop or Nursery between 1st April and 31st October. You may be asked to present proof of ID or signature. Discounts apply to retail products only (that are not on promotion) and exclude the Cafe.
Can I purchase a Season Ticket as a gift?
Yes. Season Ticket gift vouchers and Day Visit vouchers are available to purchase via email. Please contact [email protected] for details.
Are dogs allowed in the Water Garden?
To protect our delicate aquatic ecosystem and native wildlife, dogs are not permitted in the Water Garden or arboretum at any time, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
What happens if I lose my Season Ticket card?
If you lose your card, please call us on 01264 810904. We can issue a replacement ticket in person upon verification of the original name and contact details provided at purchase.
Terms & Conditions
- Season tickets are valid for one annual season only (1st April – 31st October) and must be paid in full at the point of sale.
- Tickets are non-transferable and strictly for use by the named cardholder(s). Refunds or partial discounts cannot be offered for unused months or lost cards.
- Season tickets are not valid on charity open days (e.g., National Garden Scheme Open Days).
- We reserve the right to close the garden due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. Closures will be notified via website updates, text or email where possible.
