Where to purchase your Season Ticket
On the gate at the Water Garden during seasonal opening times. Season tickets must be purchased in person - we can only accept card payments at the Garden.
Booking by email or by telephone is not currently available, please check our website for updates as this may change during out of season hours.
How it works
Show your ticket on arrival at the Garden to gain entry.
To obtain discount on your shopping at either the farm shop or nursery, season ticket and proof of id/proof of signature must be shown. Please note this discount will be available during the garden's seasonal opening times 1st April - 31st October and is strictly non-transferable.*
Tickets are valid for one full season.
Lost tickets can be replaced by providing us with the original name and contact details of the ticket holder when the card was purchased.
Season tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named card holder.
We cannot offer refunds on unused or part used season tickets.
