Where to purchase your ticket
In person from the Water Garden office and on selected days from Longstock Park Farm Shop (telephone and online purchases are currently not available).
On the gate at the Water Garden during seasonal opening times.
Season tickets must be paid for and collected in person.
How it works
Show your ticket on arrival at the Garden
To obtain discount on your shopping at either the farm shop or nursery, season ticket and proof of id must be shown. *
Tickets are valid for one full season.
Lost tickets can be replaced by providing us with the original name and contact details of the ticket holder when the card was purchased.
Season tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named card holder.
We cannot offer refunds on unused or part used season tickets.
