Crafting: We partner with the acclaimed master distillers at Ramsbury. Using traditional methods, they distill our spirit grain and botanicals, ensuring the final gin remains true to the natural essence of the Estate.

Local Heritage: The grains are grown and harvested from our own farm, and draw botanical inspiration from the surrounding countryside. Both our Gin and Vodka, mark an historic milestone as our very first bespoke spirit crop.
Natural Ingredients: Inspired by the natural flora of our 2,800-acre Hampshire Farm, we rely on carefully chosen botanicals and Estate-grown grain with minimal intervention.
Farming for Nature: As with all Leckford produce, our spirit grain is grown using regenerative farming practices that actively improve soil resilience, support biodiversity and minimise our impact on climate and nature.
The Team
The journey begins in our fields, overseen with care by the Leckford Estate Farming Team. Building on a tradition of growing exceptional arable crops - powering our home baking flours since 2003 and Leckford breads since 2024 - their commitment ensures that only the finest grain is grown well. The journey then moves to the master distillers at Ramsbury, where skilled craftspeople apply their expertise to turn our grain and botanicals into these premium spirits while maintaining the exacting standards of The Waitrose & Partners Farm.
