The Process
This exceptional cider is the result of careful growing and production practices, blending regenerative orchard management with expert cider crafting.
Growing: The pears are carefully cultivated within the orchards on the Leckford Estate, benefiting from the dedication of our Farming Team and our sustainable practices.
Harvesting: Our pears are hand picked at their best to ensure a full depth of flavour.
Crafting: We partner with the acclaimed Purbeck Cider Company in Dorset. Using traditional methods, they press and ferment the fruit, ensuring the final cider remains true to the natural taste of the pear.

The Team
The journey begins in the orchards, overseen with care by the Leckford Estate Farming Team. Their commitment ensures that it’s good fruit, grown well that forms part of the fruit harvest. The journey then moves to the Purbeck Cider Company, where skilled crafters apply their expertise to turn our pears into this refreshing cider while maintaining the exacting standards of The Waitrose & Partners Farm.
