Know before you go

Car Parking

Free car parking on site.

Car park closes at 6pm weekdays and 5pm on Sunday.

Facilities

Toilets and baby changing facilities available at the farm shop and nursery.

Reservations

Our farm shop café does not take bookings. Please just turn up on the day.

Dogs

Dogs on a lead are welcome in all of our outdoor shopping and eating areas. Only assistance dogs are allowed indoors at our farm shop, cafe and nursery garden shop.

Outdoor spaces

Although we have lots of great outdoor spaces open to the public, please note that picnicking is not allowed.

Please note some outdoor spaces are private and not open to the public.

Outdoor seating at Cherry Tree Café is uncovered under the trees.

Outdoor seating on the terrace at the farm shop café is a mix of uncovered and partly covered areas.

Covid Guidance

Following Covid guidelines we have had to reintroduce disposable cups for takeaway drinks. We are currently unable to use customer’s reusable cups. 

Hand sanitising stations and hand washing facilities available on site. 

Vouchers

We can accept John Lewis/Waitrose paper vouchers for purchases from the farm shop, nursery and nursery garden shop & HTA paper vouchers for purchases from the nursery and nursery garden shop.

Leckford Estate gift cards are available to buy from our farm shop and nursery garden shop.  Leckford Estate gift cards cannot be redeemed at either Waitrose, John Lewis or online.

We cannot accept Waitrose or John Lewis (plastic) gift cards or e-cards for purchases from our farm shop, cafe, nursery or nursery garden shop.

We cannot accept HTA (plastic) gift cards for purchases from our farm shop, cafe, nursery or nursery garden shop.
