The Product
Our Leckford & Hampshire Honey is smooth and rich, capturing the flavours of Hampshire's seasonal blooms right here on The Waitrose & Partners Farm. Foraging on a variety of plants and flowers such as oilseed rape, hawthorn and orchard blossom. The result is a delicious set honey, brimming with the beneficial nutrients of our natural landscape.
The Process
- We work in harmony with nature and in collaboration with Roselea Apiaries.
- We have installed 54 bee hives across the estate, primarily in our orchards.
- The bees busily pollinate our fruit trees and their foraging produces this exquisite honey that goes into producing Leckford & Hampshire Honey.
- The whole process is a pure testament to our regenerative farming methods and commitment to a thriving ecosystem.
