Leckford Seeded Baguette

10 Dec 2025

From the heart of the Leckford Estate, our soft and crusty baguette is proudly produced from wheat grown regeneratively on our own farm in Hampshire. The Leckford Estate has been a part of the John Lewis Partnership since 1929. This loaf captures the essence of Hampshire's fields and is testament to the quality of our regenerative farming methods.

The Product

Our Leckford Baguette is baked to achieve a perfectly crisp, golden crust with a light, airy interior. It is made primarily with high quality flour milled from Estate-grown wheat.

This baguette includes a delicious blend of golden linseeds, millet seeds, brown linseed, and sunflower seeds. This means a portion counts as 5 plant points. Eating a wider variety of fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices is nutritious—and delicious too.

The Leckford Baguette is delicious on its own, with a little butter, or dipped into golden Leckford rapeseed oil.

The Process

We work in harmony with nature to cultivate the key ingredient that goes into our baguette.

  • The wheat used for the flour is grown regeneratively on our own farm.
  • Leckford products are farmed in harmony with nature, using regenerative farming methods, helping to restore the health of our soils and enhance biodiversity.
  • The Leckford Estate has been a part of the Partnership since 1929.

This meticulous process demonstrates our commitment to a thriving ecosystem.
