A Sanctuary for Wellbeing
The Garden for Mind Andover has been created as a sanctuary for mental health and overall well-being. This serene and tranquil space will enable Andover Mind to conduct programmes and activities that benefit their service users. From gardening therapy to mindfulness sessions and tranquil contemplation spots, the garden serves as a nurturing setting to enhance mental wellness.
A Valuable Asset for the Community
The Garden for Mind Andover isn't just for service users – it's a valuable asset for the entire community! Open during Longstock Park Nursery's regular hours, the garden offers a space for everyone to connect with nature, find peace and tranquillity and enjoy the outdoors.
Collaboration and Growth
The creation of the Garden for Mind Andover wouldn't have been possible without the dedication and support of countless volunteers, sponsors and supporters. Andover Mind is incredibly grateful to all the support and help they have received and will continue to offer opportunities for volunteers to support the project by helping with ongoing maintenance.
