For ticketed events, such as workshops, booking is required as places are limited. Free-entry events and visits to the Farm Shop, Nursery and Café do not require pre-booking. Please check the individual event page for booking information.
Yes, free customer parking is available on-site near Longstock Park Nursery, the Farm Shop, and Café.
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted in the Water Garden, Farm Shop, Nursery, and indoor Café. Dogs on leads are welcome in designated outdoor seating areas near the Café.
The Farm Shop, Café and Garden Shop have step-free access and accessible facilities. The Water Garden is mostly flat, with gravel paths and grass walkways, although some bridges and narrower paths may not be suitable for mobility scooters.
