Estate Map

Take a tour and plan your trip to Leckford Estate with our interactive map of the gardens, farm, golf and fishing locations.

Farm Shop

Waitrose is the first supermarket to own and manage a Farm Shop and cafe in the UK. It opened its doors to the public in August 2013 and has since become a popular destination to purchase fresh and local produce.

The farm shop sells all fresh produce, locally and regionally sourced from suppliers or Leckford Estate. Our products include: free range eggs, free range chickens, honey, apple juice, cider, mushrooms, milk, apples and pears.

Longstock Park Nursery is home to three National Collections Buddlejas, Gilchrist Collection of Penstemons and Clematis Viticella. Around the nursery, we grow our stock so visitors can see the full potential of the plants that they are buying.

Our aim is to introduce a wide range of unusual and robust plants, whilst maintaining our high quality.

Water Garden

The Water Garden travels for seven acres, The River Test makes up two and a half acres, situating the Water Garden in the Longstock area of The Estate.

The Water Garden was developed by our original founder, John Sedan Lewis.  It became a place of relaxation, and is now a home to many of The Estate's flora and fauna.

The Leckford Golf Courses comprise two distinct nine hole courses, each of which was designed by the most influential course architect of their age. In the Edwardian era, Harry Colt was supreme, and in the modern Elizabethan age Donald Steel reigned, and the work of both is captured in the two courses at Leckford.

Fishing at Longstock has become a place to enjoy a hobby that more and more is becoming something of regular interest.

Situated overlooking the beautiful Water Garden, fishing at Longstock offers local people, Partners and visitors a place to fish for Brown & Rainbow Trout in a place of tranquility and relaxation, in our waters.
